Age Requirement — 21 Years Old

One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one php22 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for permanent account termination.

Account Security

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and php22 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). 1. Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the php22 platform — whether by visiting php22.club, creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise engaging with any php22 service — you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
- You agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and any documents incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent of, or on behalf of, any third party.

3. Eligibility
Registration and use of the php22 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
- Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age requirement is established in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming in the Philippines. Players found to be under 21 at any point will have their accounts immediately suspended, all balances — including any winnings — voided, and will be permanently barred from the platform.
- Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Minors and individuals whose legal capacity has been restricted by a court of law are not eligible.
- Residency and Jurisdiction: You must access and use php22 from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is lawful. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to verify that accessing and using php22 complies with the laws of their country, province, or territory of residence.

21+ Strictly Enforced: php22 applies a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling. Identity verification is conducted before first withdrawals and may be requested at any time during your account's lifecycle. Providing false information about your age constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination.
4. Account Registration & Management
4.1 Registration Requirements
To create a php22 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including — but not limited to — your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You warrant that all registration information provided to php22 is truthful and accurate at the time of registration and shall be updated promptly if it changes.
4.2 One Account Rule
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) php22 account only. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same identity, different personal details, or via shared devices or network connections — are strictly prohibited. php22 reserves the right to close all accounts belonging to the same individual and to void any associated balances upon detection of duplicate account activity.
4.3 Account Security
You are wholly responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your php22 login credentials. You must not share your password, OTP, or any account access details with any third party. php22 will never ask for your password through any channel — any request purporting to come from php22 seeking your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
php22 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
4.4 KYC Verification
Prior to processing your first withdrawal, php22 requires completion of identity verification (KYC). This requires submission of a valid government-issued identification document (Philippine passport, SSS/UMID card, driver's license, or PhilSys National ID) and a recent selfie. php22 may request additional documentation at any time to comply with anti-money laundering obligations or to verify account ownership.
4.5 Account Currency
All php22 accounts operate exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PHP at rates determined by the applicable payment processor. php22 does not apply its own currency conversion fees but is not responsible for third-party conversion costs.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
php22 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven (via e-wallet top-up), Coins.ph, and USDT (TRC-20 network). Available methods are subject to change. The current list of active payment methods is displayed in your php22 account dashboard.
5.2 Deposit Processing
Deposits via GCash and Maya are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits typically reflect within 5–30 minutes subject to the respective bank's processing schedule. php22 does not impose deposit fees; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction charges, for which php22 bears no responsibility.
Minimum deposit amount: ₱100 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits are determined by your account tier and active limits, as displayed in the deposit section of your account.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed by php22 within one (1) business day of approval, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically deliver within 30 minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) banking day.
Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱200. php22 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts that trigger anti-money laundering review thresholds.
5.4 Anti-Money Laundering
All deposits and withdrawals are monitored for compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. php22 is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities where legally obligated. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically practicable. php22 strictly prohibits the use of the platform for money laundering or any form of financial crime.
6. Wagering Rules
All games and betting markets available on the php22 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible from within each respective game or betting section. In addition, the following general wagering provisions apply across all php22 game categories:
- Game Integrity: php22 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all electronic games — slots, bingo, virtual table games, and fishing games. RNG certification ensures that outcomes are statistically independent and genuinely random. Live dealer outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) in real time.
- Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and betting market displays minimum and maximum stake amounts. php22 reserves the right to modify stake limits at any time without prior notice.
- Voids and Cancellations: php22 reserves the right to void any wager placed in error — including technical errors, system malfunctions, or odds/payout errors — and to return the staked amount to the player's balance. Winnings derived from void wagers will not be paid.
- Connection Interruptions: php22 is not responsible for connection disruptions originating from the player's device, internet service provider, or mobile network. In the event of a disconnection during an active game, php22's recorded game state on its servers will be treated as the authoritative record of the session outcome.
- Suspected Fraud or Manipulation: php22 reserves the right to withhold payment of winnings pending investigation if it suspects that a player has engaged in any form of fraudulent activity, collusion, arbitrage, or exploitation of a software or system error.
7. Bonuses & Promotions
php22 offers various promotional bonuses including — but not limited to — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and VIP rewards. The following general terms apply to all php22 promotional offers:
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who have completed registration and, where specified, made a qualifying deposit. Promotional eligibility criteria are detailed within each individual offer's terms.
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also called "rollover requirements") that must be met before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated explicitly in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings attributable to those funds.

- Right to Modify: php22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not affect bonus funds already credited and in active use at the time of the modification.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the php22 platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances:
- Registering as an underage player or providing false age or identity information during registration or KYC
- Creating more than one php22 account
- Using another person's account, payment method, or identity
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer games or poker variants
- Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform or place wagers
- Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime through the php22 platform

9. Responsible Gaming

- Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limit settings. Decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

10. Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right, licence, or interest in php22's intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any php22 content without the express prior written consent of php22. Unauthorized use of php22's intellectual property may constitute infringement under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:
- php22 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- php22 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.
- php22's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- php22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the php22 platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity.
- php22 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling. Players acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are a possible outcome of any wager placed on the platform.
12. Account Suspension & Termination
php22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Discovery that the player is under 21 years of age
- Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or registration information
- Detection of duplicate account activity
- Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or collusion
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
- Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or disruptive toward php22 personnel or other players
- Compliance with a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request
Upon termination of an account for cause, php22 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where a balance is determined to be legitimate — not derived from fraudulent activity or bonus abuse — php22 will process a return of eligible funds to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players may also voluntarily close their php22 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Voluntary closure does not affect any pending wagering requirement obligations attached to active bonus funds.
13. Disputes & Complaints
If you have a dispute or complaint regarding a wager outcome, a transaction, or any aspect of the php22 platform, you must follow the following procedure:

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through php22's internal complaints process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Where PAGCOR has issued guidelines, regulations, or directives applicable to online gaming operations in the Philippines, those regulatory instruments shall be read alongside — and, in the event of conflict, shall take precedence over — these Terms to the extent required by applicable law.
15. Amendments to These Terms
php22 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any portion of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date of the most recent version is displayed at the top of this page. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via a notification in their php22 account dashboard or, at php22's discretion, via email to their registered address.
Your continued use of the php22 platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to any change in these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure.
